BEARS WOOD SHOP QUILT RACK INSTRUCTIONS THERE ARE
4 RUNGS TOTAL. THE SHORTEST RUNG GOES TO THE BOTTOM THE REMAINING 3 GO TO THE TOP PIECES MARKED A & B
Side pcs are shorter than pictured to allow for heart.
PUT SIDE PC MARKED C AND BOTTOM PC MARKED C TOGETHER WITH THE LETTERS FACEING
EACH OTHER. INSERT ONE OF THE LONG SCREWS THROUGH THE HOLE AND INTO THE BOTTOM RUNG AND TIGHTEN SNUG. DO THE SAME FOR
SIDE MARKED D. STAND THE TOP PCS UP MARKED A & B ON A FLAT TABLE WITH THE TOP 3 RUNGS AS SPACERS. INSERT A LONG
SCREW THROUGH THE TOP HOLE AND INTO THE END OF ONE RUNG AND TIGHTEN. DO THE SAME FOR THE OTHER SIDE. FINISHE WITH THE 2
OUTSIDE RUNGS. THE LETTERS A & B WILL BE TO THE INSIDE. NOW TAKE THE ASSEMBLED TOP WITH 3 RUNGS AND SIT IT ON THE TOP
OF THE SIDE PCS MARKED A & B. INSERT A SMALL SCREW THROUGH TOP OF SIDE PC INTO THE TOP PC MARKED A AND TIGHTEN. DO THE
SAME FOR THE OTHER SIDE. YOUR QUILT RACK IS NOW COMPLETE. AFTER YOU ARE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE TIGHT, INSERT THE SCREW PLUGS WITH
A SMALL AMOUNT OF GLUE. A LIGHT HAMMER TAP IS USUALLY ALL THAT IS NEEDED.
